Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellable Bookings

  • Tickets with flexible fare conditions
  • Flights eligible under the 24-hour risk-free cancellation rule (as per airline policy)
  • Bookings protected under travel insurance or flexible travel programs

Non-Cancellable Bookings

  • Special promotional or discounted fares
  • No-show passengers or missed departures
  • Tickets marked as “non-refundable” or final sale

Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations should be requested as soon as possible to minimize airline penalties. Below are standard guidelines:

  • Within 24 hours of booking – Fully refundable (if permitted by airline)
  • More than 24 hours before departure – Airline fare rules apply
  • Less than 4 hours before departure – Usually not eligible for cancellation

Cancellation Fees

All cancellations are subject to airline-specific charges and fare conditions. In addition, EasyFlightsFare may charge a nominal administrative fee for handling the cancellation request. You will always be informed of all applicable charges before confirming your cancellation.

Note: Fare differences, if any, may apply for voluntary rescheduling.

  2. Provide your booking reference number and passenger details.
  3. Our team will check the airline fare rules and cancellation eligibility.
  4. Once approved, we’ll process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email.

Airline Cancellation Rules

Each airline has its own cancellation, refund, and credit voucher policy, which may vary by route, class, and booking type. Some carriers issue travel credits instead of refunds. Please review your fare rules before confirming your booking.
