  • Flights canceled by the airline or due to operational issues
  • Duplicate bookings or erroneous charges identified and verified
  • Refunds as permitted under airline or travel supplier terms

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Non-refundable ticket categories or promotional fares
  • No-show or missed departure without prior cancellation
  • Denied boarding due to invalid documents or visa issues
  • Tickets canceled outside the allowed timeframe by the airline

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed after approval and confirmation from the respective airline or service provider. The average processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
  • Bank Transfers / UPI: 5–10 business days
  • Third-party wallets or other methods: As per provider policy

Delays may occur due to airline approval or banking procedures.

Fees & Deductions

Refunds are processed in accordance with airline fare rules and cancellation guidelines. In addition to airline-imposed fees, EasyFlightsFare may charge a modest service or administrative fee to cover processing and handling costs. Any applicable deductions will be disclosed before the refund is initiated.

  2. Provide booking ID, passenger name, and the reason for cancellation or refund.
  3. Our team will verify your request with the airline and applicable fare conditions.
  4. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
